Sonnet announces lower pricing on products

Sonnet today announced lowered pricing on its line Piccolo drives by as much as $80 and pricing on its Crescendo G3 and G4 upgrades. The Piccolo 32 MB is $70 ($30 drop), the 64MB model is $100 ($50 drop), and the 128MB model is $170 ($80 drop). Sonnet’s Crescendo/PCI G3/500/1M is $250 ($50 drop) and its Crescendo/PCI G4/450/1M is $300 ($100 drop), while its Crescendo/L2 G3/500/1M upgrade is now $300 ($50 drop). Sonnet's Crescendo/7200 G3 and G4 processor upgrade cards also dropped by as much as $100 and its Tempo RAID66 drive controller card is now $150 ($50 drop).
