Presenta Ltd. has announced the release of iGetter Download Manager v1.7 for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. The download utility allows resuming of broken (interrupted) downloads, segmented downloading, scheduling of downloads and automatic reconnection if the modem connection is lost. Additions in the new version include an improved drag-and-drop interface, support for Internet Explorer v5.1 and a browser plug-in uninstaller. [Classic, Carbon]
