HotApp 1.2, an update to the $15 shareware system utility for OS X, offers additional support for French, Japanese, and Dutch-localizations as well as the ability to print key combinations. (The utility offers the ablity launch files/folders/URLs via a customizable hotkey as well as insert custom text strings.)
