XTV project: OS X + BT8xx
Well, if they'd like to lend a hand with the development of XTV (xtv.sourceforge.net), they'd probably find that it's, in theory, already in support of that particular card, as well as many of the other BT8xx cards.
For the others who might not happen to know much about it, it's still in a very young state, but it does function for at least some people.
