    No kidding

    This has been a problem for a very long time longer than 10.1.2.

    Apple really doesn't seem to care about this problem as it has not been addressed.

    No Sound

    I've had this trouble with modem sounds since 10.1.2. But if I open the Sound Preferences panel and click on a sound it comes back.

    Filed a bug

    I filed this bug with them right when 10.1.2 came out as that's when it started happening to me.
    They are working on it, and have been in contact with me.

    Over a month

    I've had to restart several times a day since the 10.1.2 update in order to get the sound back on my G4 533 DP. I have sent in numerous bug reports on this problem and still no fix.

    not that new

    I havem't been able to put my QuickSilver to sleep since 10.1 apples QA isn't up to snuff on 10.1 (oh and i have used feedback after install 10.1, 10.1.1 and 10.1.2)

    and when will MacNN fix these comments so I CAN use mozilla to post with?
