MacNN Reader Tadd Torborg has published a video of his visit to the Apple Store in Rockingham, NH. In the video Mr. Torborg examines Apple's latest computer, the new iMac, introduced only days ago. "I pushed, poked and prodded (and lifted it into the air) to see what it was like." The three-minute video is available on his website in both a small and large format.

    Could be a great ad

Apple should give this guy some music and overlays, to see if he can cut it into a 30 or 60 second commercial. Not only does would the content be a good commercial, but imagine the screen at the end. "This commercial was made by Tadd Torborg. On his Mac."

    yes, used iMovie

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, I used iMovie. Apple actually provides music for free on the iDisk or download from the imovie site(I think). I have tried to use that music in other places. In this case I thought the background audio was ok. I'm a beginner at this having aquired my first digital camcorder on Dec 1 last year.
By the way, I'm the guy lifting up the iMac. I handed the camcorder to an unsuspecting passer-by to record me lifting it up.
According to other articles I've read since posting that movie the monitor arm may be used as a handle. The guys at the Apple Store were pretty sure doing that was a bad idea so I didn't try.
