    A Good Sign...

...that the judges aren't as stupid as we might have feared. Now, maybe that whole concept of "punishment" might actually happen to MicroSloth in this case, and maybe even in the anti-trust case. Reason and logic actually still seem to be kicking in the US legal system, even if it seems to be rather injured on the whole.

    Money is needed....

When you have a lot of money and you do something wrong, the government takes your money...that's a fact.

MicroSoft has lots of money, and they will lose it to the plantiffs.

To directly link Bill Gates to the office memos that ordered these violations would be the next step...to take his person money off him...

    MS Couldn't Compete

in the education market so it tried to buy its way in through this settlement. I am relieved that young children will not be unnecessarily exposed to bullshit products like Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Windows - items that stifle the imagination and break the spirit.

    MSFT STOLE

What MSFT illegally acquired by overcharging for its product upgrades belongs back in the hands of consumers and should not be used - or misrepresented - as a donation by MSFT to the underprivileged. MSFT stole, and MSFT must rightfully return what it stole to those directly harmed by its actions.
