Microsoft today posted a downloadable version of Media Player 7.1.3 for both Mac OS 8/9 and OS X. The Windows Media client allows Mac users to play WM content, offers support for audio-only and Mac Classic skins, and support for DRM to play secure content. Microsoft also (quietly) posted a MS Office v. X Test drive, which allows users to test the popular productivity suite. The trial release does not support printing and has other limitations .
