Gefen has announced its $400 ex-tend-it VGA-to-ADC Conversion Box, a solution for computer users who want to connect an Apple flat panel digital display to a Titanium PowerBook or any legacy computer with analog (VGA) graphics ports.(It also offers a $200 DVI-to-ADC Conversion Box for connecting older computers with a DVI graphics port to Apple’s flat panel digital displays at distances up to 35-feet. The company expects also to introduce a "less expensive" VGA-to-DVI Conversion Box later this year.

Maybe Gefen should submit their VGA-ADC conversion box to the Guiness Book of Records as the world's most expensive adapter... because that's what it is!
