With Carbonlib 1.4 and OutLook Express 5.0.3 I can drag no problems between the different fields
I don't have flash to test it
haven't had a chance to upgrade this Biege G3 to Carbon 1.5 yet, but I'll test tomorrow morning again
(I'll upgrade just before going home tonight)
Have the same problem in GoLive, can't drag anything from the pallettes to the page.
Works fine for every other app I have tho
The only issue I've had with CarbonLib 2.5 is that there's a copy of simpletext in the archive instead of a readme file!!!
seems they made a bit of an obvious mistake rushing it out as a download. I'm assuming there's notes on the changes from 2.4 on the Apple site ?
Well, zionks.
Reinstalled 9.1 this morning, and dropped CarbonLib 1.4 in. No problems now. I'll have to watch carefully to find out which extension or control panel from my previous install makes it wig.
Some apps don't seem to like CarbonLib 1.5 - but hey, that could be a fluke, too.

CarbonLib and Dragging
It seems to me that versions of CarbonLib newer than 1.2.5 can inhibit the drag and drop functionality of certain applications. While my experiments are far from exaustive, installing CarbonLib 1.5 seems to have the same effect. Reverting to 1.2.5 remedies this problem every time.
Can anyone help me verify this? The troubles I've noted are: 1) dragging an address in Outlook Express (5.0.3) between the To, CC or BCC fields, and 2) dragging a symbol in Flash (5.0a) from the palette to the stage. Maybe it's just my machine.
