Feelorium's Picture-in-Picture X v1.05 is a $7 shareware QuickTime movie player and web cam viewer that offers a "always-on-top window" as well other features such as dock menu for movie controok and playlist organization. Version 1.05 adds the ability to make files that point a Web page/movie, and allows users to customize reload intervals of Webcam pages.
