Morning tech news: President Bush has allowed U.S. companies to sell high-speed computers to countries such as Russia, China and India, easing a Cold War-era ban designed to halt the spread of nuclear arms; Scientists have developed a sophisticated imaging technique that can detect a lie at first blush b detecting increased blood flow levels near the mouth; and an AOL glitch classified some emails from a college admissions office as junk mail.

    Lying Lie Detector...

    it wrongly fingers the innocetn in 1 out of 10 peopel accordign to the details in an article (fidn the link on Slashdot). What a joke of a technology! 1 out of 10 incorrect accusations! MacNN shouldn't give such snake-oil product announcements any space at all. Aren't there any standards at this publication?
