Evening tech news: Microsoft has asked the judge in its antitrust hearing to delay his ruling by another four months; A survey of IT professionals finds that most web applications that will be delivered in 2002 will use Java instead of .NET; Verizon DSL customers are appealing a judge's decision in their suit which alledges delivery of lackluster service.

Delay ruling?
So M$ asked the judge to delay his ruling for four months... that must mean that we want his ruling AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Go judge go!
