The Mozilla Organization, who coordinate the development of the open source Mozilla browser project, have released Mozilla beta version 0.9.7. Several new features and bug fixes have been implemented. The Labels feature in Mail&News is now fully implemented; Mail&News now supports basic S/MIME functionality; the Mac OSX toolbar collapse button is now implemented; ChatZilla 0.8.5 is now included; spring-loaded bookmark folders have been added; Mozilla now supports the longdesc attribute of the img tag; a print preview function is available for the Macintosh. Mozilla also runs under Mac OS 8.5 again. [Classic, Carbon]
