Jeff Adams notes that HP has quietly released printer drivers for his HP G85/G85xi, although they are not available on HP's website:
"I received an update CD from HP to fix a problem I was having under Windows 2000 with my G85xi. The new version (2.5) cannot be obtained from the HP web support site. Look at the right side of the CD. Yep the drivers are there! They work great under 9.2.2 and 10.1.1 and 10.1.2. The pertinent items seem to be dated in October of this year. My G85xi scans (guess where the scan came from), prints, faxes and copies just fine under OS X."
