    mail status "partial"

I am glad AIM now let us use mail status to check our pop account instead of AOL account but.. it seems not to show the listing like they showed in their screenshot at www.aol.com/aim/macosx.html for me, it only showed the mailbox with flag raised or lowered. bug?? or 10.1.2 will make it workable? when the flag is up, I click on it and nothing happens eventhought I did set it to open Mail.app. I want it to show like it did show in their screenshot.. hmmm.. any one have same problem???

Just press the scaling button on the window (green one)...it'll toggle between just the mail box and the whole list....

    subordinate users

I had crashing on AIM startup after install under a subordinate user. I tried re-installing as the subordinate user, with no success. I was successful after un-install followed by re-install as the subordinate user. This trashed the mail settings that I'd just established as the primary user, but it was no problem to re-establish. Seems to work well. The loosing of the AOL Mail bonds is welcome.

    WHAT, STILL NO SMILY?

I can't believe they haven't added smily faces yet. What the heck? That should have been done way long ago.

    IT BLOWS

Everyone how can you say this program is good. I had to restore my system after it crashed OS X. Yes it Crashed the system the whole system When I booted into 9 it would not even see the hard drive. Drive Setup would see it as not mounted. I had to reformat to 0's before it would work. All Aim would do when I started it and tryed with hope one last time that it would work but all Aim does now is Crash after a couple seconds to 3 minutes.

    AIM for OS 10 rules

I've used AIM on several different platforms and I gotta say that AIM for OS 10 friggin RULES. Way clean, doesn't crash OS 10 and doesn't try to hog up my whole desktop. The only thing that I wish it had was automatic archive (at least, a choice for it). That would totally rule. And forget the graphical smileys...that's so lame.
