Afternoon tech news: U.S. Customs Agency officials are planning more raids targeting Internet "warez" groups in the coming weeks, including efforts overseas; Intel's new mobile Pentium 4 chip, which will reportedly run at 1.7 Ghz, will produce significantly more heat and consume more power than current portable chip offerings; The FBI has confirmed the existence of a "Magic Lantern" project that could be used to eavesdrop on computer communications.
