Miramar today released PC MACLAN 7.2.1 for Windows 95/98/Me, which "provides seamless compatibility between users of Windows 9.x and Apple OS X.1, allowing them to maximize the use of digital media devices to both operating systems, while also sharing files and printers bi-directionally over AppleTalk or TCP/IP." It supports AFP (AppleTalk File Protocol) over IP as well as AppleTalk to provide the ability to connect to AppleShare servers and Macintosh workstations. It retails for $200 and is available as an upgrade ($70-$100).
