Redcort Software has launched Virtual TimeClock '13, an upgrade of its punchclock software for Mac and Windows. The app lets companies track the attendance of workers. Included in '13 is a new Report Preview, which attempts to streamline the editing, formatting, and printing of timecards. Reports can now be saved or printed as PDFs.

Leave tracking has been improved with accrual reporting, including the ability to automatically accrue leave on either a daily or monthly basis. These changes are limited to the Pro and Network editions of the software though, which also sport upgrades like better User Profiles, the return of manual and leave entry creation in the Entry Editor, and much faster mailbox loading for people with thousands of messages.

A standard copy of Virtual TimeClock costs $99. Pro is $195, while Network starts at $295 for the server plus $50 for each client. Alternately, package deals are available that bundle in different numbers of client licenses.
