Retailer cuts $50 off 5, 4S
RadioShack has announced an expansion of its holiday iPhone sale. The retailer is now offering $50 off in-store purchases of both the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S. The cut applies to all carriers and capacities; RadioShack is also supplying $10 email coupons for every $50 spent through December 17th.
Earlier this month RadioShack launched a much more restricted promotion, limited to $20 off AT&T models of the iPhone 5. The company is likely reacting to pressure from Best Buy, which on Monday decided to sell the 5 and 4S for $50 off. Apple itself is leaving its pricing unchanged, but typically has better stock.
