Reader: Office v. X installer issue for some

Marty Cohen writes about installer bug w ith the Office v. X upgrades:
"I got the free upgrade disk for Office v.X today from Microsoft and it won't install. After I drag the folder to my hard disk and run Word, it asks me to enter the Product Key CD Code. I enter it and it consistently tells me that it is incorrect and to re-enter it. I called Microsoft Support and they tell me that others with the Free Upgrade CD are having the same problem but they don't know why. They hope to have a solution by Today and they'll contact me with it. I hope so too."
