David Krauss writes "Sometime around the 15th, Motorola quietly released two new PowerPC processors, the 7451 and 7441. I just noticed it while browsing their site for some other info. I can't find any list of changes from the 7450 and 7440 (the processors used current G4 Macs). The available documentation says that they have more efficient L2 caches, tho. That's the only difference I've found so far - Motorola's ratings for performance, power consumption, and clock rates are all identical."
