    Good Luck Ordering

The web page to take advantage of the special deal is kaput. They cannot take your order over the phone either as it is not accessable to the MS staff. I sure hope their software is better than their e-commerce!

    Upgrade Ordering

Hmmmm, wouldn't you think that Microsoft, master of those big NT servers that don't need anyone to touch them, watch them, or fix them in those commercials could get one simple order system set up that actually works?
Wait... I think I answered my own question.
Thankfully, Office v.X comes from a different division of Microsoft than their Windows stuff.

    Anyone got it yet?

Has anyone obtained a copy from a retailer yet - upgrade or full version? While XP was plastered all over the place on it's official retail release date, I haven't heard about anyone actually having a copy of v.X yet. If so, where did you get it from?

I ordered my copy through the apple store a month or so ago and they told me today that it is "in process" which means it will ship within 24 hrs. I'll have it by wednesday.

BTW, I called Compusa to check availability and they, of course, never heard of it.

"Are you sure you don't mean Office XP?"

At least not until Friday 11/23 according to Club Mac. They have not been sent any stock and don't expect it until Wednesday. Closed Thanksgiving so might ship Friday. A
Actual delivery may be Monday for those with overnight shipping.
