Lexar Media has added a new 640MB CompactFlash card to its line of 16X speed Professional Series digital film. The $900 media is expected to ship at beginning of December. Its Professional Series CompactFlash cards--all of which support transfers at 2.4MB/sec--are available in capacities of 192MB, 256MB, 320MB, and 512MB as well.
