Tess 1.06 is an update to to Pedagoguery Software's educational mathematics application for the Mac that creates attractive symmetric planar illustrations. Version 1.06 adds a German-localized version as well as an SVG export option, although the company recommends "using Batik to view the SVG output; the current Adobe SVG browser plug-in has some issues with patterned fills and also with elliptical arcs." Pedagoguery is also sponsoring a new tessalation art contest.
