Digital Voodoo introduces Iridium AV

Digital Voodoo today introduced Iridium AV, a standard definition output only broadcast design card featuring two 10-bit SDI outputs, one composite output for composite preview and 6 channels of AES/EBU digital audio. It is designed for output to a broadcast SDI monitor or on a standard NTSC/PAL video monitor as well digital audio output. The $2.500 card is bundled with Digital Voodoo's Media Transfer application, which permits the frame accurate capture and insertion from and to RS-422 controllable digital tape decks such as Sony's Digital Betacam decks.
