Apple today officially announced retail store openings for Fashion Island (Newport Beach, CA) and Aspen Grove (Littleton, CO) on Saturday, November 10th at 10 am.

I can't believe the closest Apple stores are in Tampa, FL and Germantown, TN.
I'm not cutting down those two places, it's just that Atlanta is the hub, the "LA of the South." We need an Apple store here. Good lord...it's not like we're short of shopping space or anything. :)

the stores are a great idea but what about advertising. I'm sick of seeing Gateway, Dell, Microsoft and Intel commercials on TV, how are the masses going to know about the stores (or that Apple even exists) without effective advertising?
