CSM Maker 1.5, from Rage Software, allows can create Control Strip Modules to launch any application without any programming. Version 1.5, a complete rewrite, now only offers a a simple drag & drop interface for creating CSM. It is free for personal use, but requires a license to distribute/bundle CSMs created with the utility.
