Evergreen announces bundles, USB 2.0 devices

Evergreen today announced new fireLINE 1394 Hardware Networking Bundles and new USB 2.0-based peripherals.
The desktop bundle ($170) includes two fireLINE 1394 PCI Connector Cards, a single fireLINE 1394 fireHUB and two 15' 1394 cables as well as a mobile bundle ($200), in which a fireLINE 1394 CardBus Connector Card replaces one of the PCI cards. The discounts, available from Microsoft's Website, may only be available to XP users, although it is not clear.
Evergreen also added bew USB 2.0-based products to line of peripherals, including a USB 2.0 PCI Card ($63 list, $43 web), CardBus Card ($65 list, $50 web ) and USB 2.0/FireWire PCI ComboCard ($150 list, $120 web). The fireLINE USB 2.0 PCI Card provides 3 external and 1 internal USB 2.0 ports while the PCI ComboCard provides 3 external FireWire, 2 external USB 2.0 and 1 internal FireWire connection ports. The fireLINE USB 2.0 CardBus provides laptops with 2 external connectors via a 32-bit bus CardBus/PCMCIA slot.
