Apple lost up to $75M due to Sept. 11

Apple lost $50 million to $75 million in sales as a result of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, according to Controller Peter Oppenheimer, who cited falling consumer demand and disruption in air traffic crimped supplies of components and deliveries of computers.

    We lost money too

    I would definitely agree with that statement. We are an Apple reseller and our total sales for September was off 40% compared to last year. The last September we made only that little money went back to 1998 sales
