EarthLink has debuted a new filtered browsing system for children dubbed "EarthLink Kids Powered by SurfMonkey." The new service will be available on EarthLink's Web site, and include links to educational sites as well as a filtered portal to the Internet. Industry pundits say the move is a response to America Online's child-safe content options.
