Tribeworks today released iShell 2.5, an update to its multimedia application for building dynamic, data-intensive applications. Version 2.5 includes a built-in ecommerce engine builder, support for Internet data transfers, better support for Unix Websiters, dynamic font-loading, and enhanced interoperability with QuickTime and Flash. Gold, Silver and Education licensing are available. The company also announced its $600 iShell Developer Conference, which will take place in San Francisco January 11-12, 2002.
