Apple: terrorism clause added to financials

Intel and Apple were among the first companies to include such terrorism-related language in their earnings releases--i.e., a warning that attacks may negatively impact profit growth, perhaps because both had suits brought against them by class-action lawyers in the weeks following the Sept. 11 attacks, according to Reuters article.
