CommandPosts adds VideoWave 4 video editing

FOCUS Enhancements has added MGI's VideoWave 4 video editing software to its FOCUS CommandPost, a video editing control device that reduces multiple key stroke editing commands.
The panel's controls include a jog/shuttle wheel, a fader arm, an axis joystick and 15 push-button switches that interface with the VideoWave 4 software for instant video editing. The USB-based Command Post offers customization of workflow by utilizing familiar standalone device controls for multimedia application and ships with templates for universal video and graphics applications, including Videonics Effetto Pronto, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Puffin Commotion, Canopus RexEdit, Digital Origin EditDV, and others. The $100 package is expected to be available in retail stores in time for the holiday season and is available for $50 special offer through the end of the month.
