Adobe Photoshop Touch 1.6 ($10) - Photoshop Touch is an illustration and photo-editing tool designed specifically for tablets. Support is included for a number of popular Photoshop features such as layers, selection tools, filters, and adjustments. Two crashes that could occur when syncing or when storage was low have been resolved with this update. Additional brush types have also been added for fine-tuned corrections and painting, along with a new Quick Selection tool and the ability to use any iOS font with the Type tool. [Download - 56.7MB]

Castro 1.1.1 ($4) - Castro is a mobile podcast client that can help users keep up to date on all the shows they follow. Version 1.1.1 makes a few adjustments to font weights, fixes some spacing issues, and offers an updated color algorithm to ensure high contrast for dark colored podcasts. In addition, streaming should no longer fail when playing continuously on slow connections. [Download - 5.5MB]

Google Maps 3.1 (free) - Google Maps can be used to find directions to locations around the world. The app includes full voice-guided GPS navigation for driving, biking, and walking, complete with lane guidance. Live traffic conditions and incident reports can also be found within the app. The latest release offers smoother and faster transitions when moving through Street View. [Download - 13.7MB]

Mint 3.2 (free) - Mint is a finance management app that can help users keep track of spending across all of their accounts. A number of tools for creating and tracking a budget are also included in the app, along with support for syncing data across multiple devices. The v3.2 update is strictly a maintenance release that resolves a number of reported bugs. [Download - 16.5MB]

Rhapsody 3.9 (free) - Rhapsody for iPad allows subscribers to access the entire Rhapsody library from an iPad. Support for Chromecast has been added in this release, giving users the ability to cast must to any TV from an iOS device. An auto-populate naming issue related to playlist creation has also been fixed, along with a bug that could show incorrect art on Facebook share links. [Download - 32MB]
