On July 4, 2008, the US Patent & Trademark Office published Apple’s latest trademark application titled iPhone under application number, 77504620. The application was filed under International Classifications 16 (Paper goods and printed matter), 35 (advertising and business services), 37 (construction and repair services), 41 (education and entertainment services) and 42 (services, scientific, research and design) which are fully detailed below. Apple asserts a claim of priority based on European Community application number, 6530406. The associated logo presented with their application is noted below.
