The application was filed under International Classifications 35, 37, 41 and 42 which are detailed below. Apple asserts a claim of priority based on Trinidad and Tobago application number, 38298, filed 03/21/2007. Apple provided eight different examples pertaining to proof of commerce. Two examples related to their Apple Store Valley Fair and actual One-to-One service.
