Apple Files a Trademark for Podcasting Related Symbol
On July 26, the US Patent & Trademark Office published Apple’s second trademark of the day which is that of a new symbol filed under application number 77235043. Apple simply describes the mark as “consisting of a stylized person or antenna surrounded by concentric circles/broadcast waves.” Apple’s new symbol is currently being used in context with podcasting, as presented below.
Apple’s trademark symbol was filed under International Classes 009, 35, 38, 41 and 42 which are described below in detail. Apple’s attorney of record is noted as being Lisa G. Widup.
