On December 26, the US Patent & Trademark Office published Apple’s newly granted design patent for their iPod Shuffle “Clasp.” Apple states that this granted design patent is related to former U.S. Design patent applications 29/237086 and 29/237287 which were respectfully entitled “Lanyard” and “Electronic Device Holder and are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
Apple lists the inventors of this patent as being Bartley K. Andre, Daniel J. Coster, Daniele De Iuliis, Richard P. Howarth, Jonathan P. Ive, Steve Jobs, Duncan Robert Kerr, Shin Nishibori, Matthew Dean Rohrbach, Douglas B. Satzger, Calvin Q. Seid, Christopher J. Stringer, Eugene Antony Whang and Rico Zorkendorfer.
