Google has updated the way its Google+ social networking service handles photos in albums. The company has added an
album organizer. With it, photos can be sorted, reordered, moved or deleted.
The organizer is accessed by a top level icon above the photos. Once within the organize mode, the images can be rearranged by ascending or descending upload date. The photos also can be reordered by selecting, dragging, then dropping into a new position. Once selected, multiple images acan be easily pulled into a different album or deleted from an album in bulk.
All of the changes apply to the desktop web version. iOS and Android users each have a fundamentally different interface.
