The new BB10 phone from the Canadian manufacturer features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 with a 2.2Ghz quad-core CPU, paired with an Adreno 330 GPU running at 450Mhz -- a significant upgrade over the company's flagship phone, the Z10.

Other specs detailed by the document obtained by N4BB include 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM at 800MHz, 32GB of storage, with a hot-swappable MicroSD slot under the back cover.

The screen is 4.5 inches diagonal, with an unusual 1440x1440 resolution at 453 DPI. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 3, and sports 10-point multitouch.

The rear camera is said do be a 13MP device, with a five-element f2.0 lens and a 5x digital zoom. Video recording is accomplished at 1080p resolution, at 60 frames per second. A front shooter intended for telecommunications purposes is 2MP, with 3x digital zoom.

USB 2.0 connectivity is supported through MicroUSB, with USB 3.0 through a custom BlackBerry cable. Video out is supported through BlackBerry's SlimPort adapters to HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort 1.2, and DVI. Wireless is 802.11ac, with DLNA support through it, and Bluetooth 4.0.

The Battery is said to be a 3450mAH non-removable battery, with the document claiming 19 hours of usage and eight hours of standby per charge.
