Microsites focus on practical uses of apps
Apple has added two new microsites for its "Your Verse" iPad marketing campaign. The first highlights Chinese electropop band Yaoband, which uses iPads for sampling, recording, and performance. Apple mentions the use of apps like iMaschine and Logic Remote.
The second site focuses on Jason Hall, the co-founder of the Slow Roll bike ride movement, which began in Detroit. When planning the Detroit event, Hall is said to use apps like Penultimate for notes and Prezi for showing off slides and photos.
Each site also has accompanying videos, which should later appear on Apple's YouTube channel.
