LinkedIn launches iOS app dedicated to job searching

Professional networking platform LinkedIn has launched a new iOS app dedicated to job searching. LinkedIn Job Search allows users to find job opportunities with a location-based search. Automatic recommendations and notifications are received based on searches, and one can apply for a position quickly by submitting their LinkedIn profile. In-app activity is private, and is not relayed to networks a user may be connected to. LinkedIn Job Search is free to download through iTunes, and requires iOS 7.0 or later.

Wondershare PDF editor updated, optimized for OS X

Wondershare has released feature enhancements to its PDF Editor, with changes focused on optimizations for OS X users. PDF Editor for Mac v3.6.5 is now available, with new additions to the software aiming to improve intuitive use and versatility. Font and texting editing options are expanded, and its Optical Character Recognition feature is now available as an additional plug-in for the Pro version, as to reduce file size for quicker downloading. A personalized support pop-up menu is available to submit any customer questions. Wondershare's PDF Editor for Mac v3.6.5 can be downloaded for $40 through the Mac App Store; the Pro version is priced at $50.
