working with 4K in Final Cut Pro X

Today in the MacNN forums, Mac Elite "Doc HM" has been having trouble importing 4K footage into Final Cut Pro X, stating that footage he does manage to get into the program appears jagged, even though it looks perfect in iMovie '11. Forum members this week attempt to help Mac Elite "jeff k" determine why it is that Adobe CS5 is telling them that they have no scratch space when they know that they have 15GB of space left.

Over the last two weeks, members have tried to assist Dedicated MacNNer "gregfripp" with a problem he has been having with his mouse, but have had no luck. One Fresh-Faced Recruit has been having trouble with the audio playing from their iPod, reporting that the sound only plays through one ear in the headphone, and fellow forum-goers offer tips to remedy the situation. One long-time forum member is looking for help with sticky cursor action when using VMWare Fusion, and they give many examples of strange behavior when using the program.
