Beats debuts Powerbeats2 Wireless earbuds

Fitness-oriented Bluetooth audio

Apple-owned Beats has announced a new edition of its Powerbeats earbuds, the Powerbeats2 Wireless. The buds connect to any Bluetooth-capable device, and are said to have been designed with help from NBA player LeBron James. They're consequentially more fitness-oriented, with rubberized hooks to keep them in place while walking or running.

The earbuds should last up to six hours per charge, although if necessary it takes only 15 minutes to recharge to an hour of playtime. The're expected to ship later this month for $200; black and white versions will be available.
