updated 06:02 pm EDT, Tue May 20, 2014

Acclaimed first-person shooters available on Steam, GameAgent, others

Game porting house Aspyr Media announced today that Activision Publishing's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 video games are now available on the Mac. The full versions of both games, with DLC Packs for each (available seperately), are available via digital download through the Steam platform and can be purchased directly from Steam, Aspyr's online store GameAgent.com, and other participating online Mac game retailers.

COD: MW 2 picks up immediately following the historic events of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, with players facing off against a new threat dedicated to bringing the world to the brink of collapse. Both games feature cinematic single player campaigns, cross-platform competitive multiplayer with cooperative online play, multiple DLC Packs which add new maps and other great content to the multiplayer experience, as well as full Steam Works integration and Steam Play support.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 retails for $20. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sells for $40. Downloadable content package prices vary.
