Walmart's on-demand video service now allows sharing of UltraViolet-licensed content

Vudu, Walmart's video-on-demand service, has announced its launch of "Share My Movies," allowing UltraViolet-licensed digital content to be shared with up to five friends. The friends' email addresses are required to be input in order to activate sharing. Upon a friend creating their own Vudu login, they will be able to view the user's library. Up to three simultaneous streams per account are supported.

Automatic and Jawbone collaborate, integrate Up wristband with Automatic's driving tracker

Automatic and Jawbone have teamed up to offer a new option for tracking driving. Combining Jawbone's Up activity monitoring wristband with Automatic's driving assistant hardware, drive data can be synced automatically, alongside physical, bodily activity. Users can monitor both walking and driving statistics on the Up app, and share Automatic trip summaries with other Jawbone Up users. The app can be downloaded for iOS and Android devices, with Automatic and Jawbone Up hardware can be purchased online and in retail locations.
