ZTE Open C goes on sale in US, Europe via eBay
ZTE has launched its latest in the Blade series of Android smartphones, the Blade L2, in parts of Europe. At the same time as the budget-oriented Blade L2, the phone manufacturer has finally made the Firefox OS-based smartphone it launched at Mobile World Congress, the ZTE Open C, available to buy in the United States and other countries, though through eBay rather than a retailer.
The Blade 2 runs Android 4.2, has a 5-inch 480x854-resolution display, and is backed by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of storage. On the back is a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and an LED flash, with a 0.3-megapixel version on the front, with the device also offering GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Dual SIM card slots, and 3G connectivity.
ZTE is making the Blade L2 available in Spain and Greece now, with Germany, the UK, Slovakia, Mexico, Chile, Columbia, and Venezuela still to come, priced at around 150 euro ($210).

Sold on eBay with listings covering the US, UK, Germany, Russia and other European countries, the ZTE Open C is priced at $100.
