Corsair's Vengeance K70 mechanical gaming keyboard new keyswitch colors

Gaming hardware developer, Corsair, has announced that its Vengeance K70 mechanical gaming keyboard, originally available in black aluminum with red backlit keys, is now available in new keyswitch color options. Now offered in Cherry MX Blue and Brown keyswitches in addition to the original Cherry MX Reds, the refreshed K70 features an anodized black aluminum chassis and red backlighting.

The switch types vary in color as well as tactile response, with Red keyswitches featuring a smooth, linear response, Brown a light tactile feedback "bump", and Blue including a firmer feedback and audible click. Backlighting can be adjusted to four levels of intensity, while lighting for each key can be independently enabled or disabled.

The Vengenance K70's removable soft-touch pad provides wrist comfort, and its included USB port supports accessories such as a gaming headset or mouse. Priced at $130, the new versions of the keyboard will be available this month.
