Panasonic reveals new line-up of eneloop rechargeable batteries

Panasonic Energy Europe has announced the arrival of its new line-up of eleloop reusable batteries to the UK this April. A combination of the performance of dry cells with the sustainable aspects of rechargeable batteries, envelop can be recharged up to 2100 times, claiming to be the most reusable battery in the industry. The new products line-up will feature "standard", "pro" and "lite" models. Eneloop batteries are resistant to self-discharge, as well as offer versatility in respects to a wide range of temperature conditions.



Autographer wearable camera adds Android app

Autographer, a wearable camera with smartphone connectivity, has released an Android version of its app component. Autographers apps allow a user to see and share the pictures stored on the wearable camera device. Arriving months after the initial release of the camera and its iOS app, the Android version includes preview options, allowing users to browse their images in chronological order. Additionally, single or multiple images can be selected to create animated GIFs, or stop-motion video. Priced at $500, the Autographer camera is available in several color options; the accompanying Android app can be downloaded for free through Google Play.
